A landmark building and the catalyst for development in a section of King William previously neglected by developers, this multi-storey commercial building offers 22,500sqm of A-Grade office space to blue chip tenants, with a 5 Star Green and 5 Star NABERS rating. The challenge was to develop a large building with a 90m western frontage incorporating a strong Ecologically Sustainable Development (ESD) focus. The design solution needed to be sympathetic to the surrounding low rise buildings and the result is a striking, light, frameless glass structure hovering above a solid base.
